Pump

Pump ranks ordinary TOKENs during wall-clock epochs:

Pump Score = lifetime Bubble Score × burnedInEpoch / epoch supply

burnedInEpoch includes community, collected-fee, and burst burns. The first touch snapshots effective supply. A TOKEN must meet the configured burn floor; then the bounded top 10 are ordered by Pump Score, burn, lifetime Score, and finally TOKEN address. BBL never participates.

Settlement sends the covered payout ladder directly into winner Popable books and carries unused place shares. Pump funding first applies the 75/25 cascade into prizes and BBL credit.
